Michael J. Damone, President

Mr. Damone is currently President of Cranbrook Senior Living. In addition Mr. Damone is a member of the firm's Management Committee. Mr. Damone also serves as the President of The Damone Group, a nationally acclaimed real estate development and construction company ( Mr. Damone has twenty five years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry, including over seventeen years in the assisted living industry. In his fourteen years as President of the Damone Group, he has developed and constructed approximately 70 assisted living residences located in 19 states, with a total value in excess of $220 million. The Damone Group is also one of the nation's largest developers of affordable senior housing.

Mr. Damone holds a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University. He is active in several civic and charitable organizations in the Metropolitan Detroit area. He is a licensed builder in the State of California and Michigan.

Robert J. Mercer, Senior Vice President

Mr. Mercer is responsible for the development of new senior housing opportunities and the oversight of the growing portfolio of Cranbrook Senior Living residences. He has been involved in the senior housing and healthcare consulting/valuation industries over the past 15 years. He was a founding member and principal of a nationally recognized firm specializing in these industries. His responsibilities included the management of the consulting practice, marketing of the company and assistance in the management of the appraisal practice. In addition, Mr. Mercer was a faculty member of the ALFA Assisted Living University. He has lectured on valuation, market demand and financial feasibility issues relating to the assisted living industry. Mr. Mercer has performed third party due diligence and valuation of large assisted living and nursing home portfolios for acquisition and financing purposes. He has developed feasibility studies utilized in public offering statements for the issuance of bonds. He has also provided market and financial feasibility studies analyzing existing, proposed and distressed senior living and healthcare projects for large and small operators as well as financial institutions.

Mr. Mercer is a graduate of the University of Delaware in Newark Delaware, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics.
